Erin Townsend
Veterinary Surgeon

I graduated from Cambridge University in 2014, having previously completed a Zoology degree at Leeds University. Having seen practice at Willett House as a student I was excited to accept a position as a Veterinary Surgeon after graduation and although it was initially only meant to be for 3 months I have never left! I am based mainly at our Addlestone branch where I have loved getting to know our clients and their pets and helping to build up our little branch to become part of the local community. I have always had an interest in small animal medicine and a special love for all things ‘feline related’. During my spare time I enjoy playing netball, hiking and going to the gym

I sadly do not have any pets at the moment but hope to soon be the owner of a stray cat (or two) plus maybe a dog, a rabbit and some chickens in the future.

Continued Professional Development:

I am currently studying towards a post graduate certificate in small animal medicine, which covers all of my favourite topics including dermatology (skin), gastrointestinal diseases, renal(kidney)disease and endocrine  abnormalities.
