Olivia Eldridge
BVMS MRCVS
Veterinary Surgeon
Bio:
I graduated from Glasgow University in 2013 and joined Willett House in September 2013 after a brief stint at a referral practice in Singapore. Before graduating, I gained veterinary experience in general practice in Japan and in India and Zambia whilst working for charity organisations. I enjoy all aspects of practice, but have a special passion for Emergency Medicine and Surgery. I split my time between the Stanwell and Staines practices.
Pets:
I have a 3 year old Bedlington Terrier called Basil who enjoys long walks around London and holidays around Wales and Devon. I have a “Bedlington on Duty” sign displayed in my consult room at Stanwell as I am very fortunate to be able to bring Basil to work with me.
Continued Professional Development:
I am currently undertaking a certificate in Emergency Medicine and Surgery and hope to soon become an advanced practitioner in this area. Some courses I have recently completed include:
• Echocardiography
• Abdominal ultrasonography
• Internal medicine
• Soft tissue surgery
• Anaesthesia, pain relief and sedation
• Dentistry and dental imaging
